VUITTON expands in Dubai and pursue Middle East expansion

With the occasion of the opening of the new Louis Vuitton store within Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, Valerie Chapoulaud-Floquet, General Manager for Southern Europe and Middle East confirmed the brand will continue its expansion strategy in the Middle East, despite political and economical uncertainties in several countries. The short term strategy of Vuitton in these regions is to enlarge existing locations or relocate to accommodate high demand. The new Vuitton store in Dubai’s Mall of The Emirates is twice as large as the previous one, the offering including a full range of ready to wear for both men and women. 

The regional Vuitton executive stressed that store operations have not been affected, the only minor interruption being a one week closure of the store in Bahrain. The brand also plans to increase retail space in Beirut and will soon open its first store in Warsaw, Poland.
