A trio of Michelin-starred chefs (7 stars in total) in Spain has teamed up to open a gourmet food court in a major department store in Madrid.
The project is led by Spanish celebrity chefs David Munoz of DiverXO, Roberto Ruiz of Punto MX and Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca, which topped the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list this year.
According to Bloomberg, the chefs have opened gourmet counters on the seventh-floor of the El Corte Ingles department store that include a Spanish street food themed-eatery by Munoz, an ice cream bar by pastry chef Roca, and a Mexican counter by Ruiz, adds Gastroeconomy.
