French luxury fashion house Thierry Mugler owned by Clarins Group has reached a licensing agreement with Italian ready to wear and accessories manufacturer and distributor Ittierre Group. The move comes after Thierry Mugler’s Creative Director Nicola Formichetti left, earlier this year, for Diesel. On June 24th, Ittierre will present the first Mugler collection (Fall Winter 2013/2014) during Milan Fashion Week at its multi-brand showroom in Via Manzoni.
The first Thierry Mugler boutique will open in Milan on Via Borgospesso, adjacent to the Pierre Balmain boutique – brand also licensed to Ittierre Group. Ittierre Group’s portfolio of licensees includes: Tommy Hilfiger Collection, Galliano, Acquascutum, Guy Laroche.
