St James’ Court Hotel London reopens as a Taj branded hotel
St. James’ Court, formerly known as Crowne Plaza operating under a franchise agreement with IHG, has reopened after a refreshment of its rooms and suites under the Taj Palaces, Hotels and Resorts brand. St. James’ Court, a Taj Hotel has been owned and operated by The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), a Tata Group company.
St James’ Court Hotel is part of the same Victorian architectural ensamble with the 51 Buckingham Gate Taj Suites and Residences, sharing a Shakespearean courtyard and garden, bringing Taj’s total room count in London to 428. The two luxury hotels share two restaurants, the Michelin starred Quilon Restaurant and the Bombay Brasserie.
