Sofitel will re-launch Sofitel Legend Santa Clara Cartagena, Colombia’s leading holiday destination, after a major renovation in the Spring of 2013.  The 17th century former convent is the setting of Gabriel Garcia Marquez’s “Of Love and Other Demons”.  Today the hotel features numerous archaeological artifacts. With the renovation, the hotel joins Sofitel’s ‘Legend’ line, the label for Sofitel’s key historic properties.
