Shiseido steps up investments in India with dedicated brand

Following extensive research, Japanese beauty giant Shiseido Co is stepping up its presence in India with the launch of a local brand ZA, positioned in the high-end skincare and makeup segment. ZA will be sold through 250 sales points (mostly shop-in-shop’s) across the country by the end of 2014. The company main brand Shiseido is currently available at 30 upscale sales points throughout India.
