Record freezing temperatures to take a hard hit on luxury fashion sales (Central and Eastern Europe)

Unusual record freezing temperatures in most of Central and Eastern European capital cities this January are likely to have a direct negative impact on luxury fashion sales as most retailers are preparing to sell the Spring collections. The alarming forecast seems to extend well into February therefore resulting in an overall 8 to 10 % decrease in sales for the majority of fashion brands  already hard hit by the financial crisis.
