Rafar (RTC) Proceeds with its Chaotic Development Strategy

Rafar, fashion division for RTC, which also includes Bally and multibrand Catwalk (Fratelli Rosetti etc) continues with its chaotic strategy we have noticed starting with 2008.
The Kipling store open today in Plaza Romania seems to be part of the same strategy. From our point of view, these strategies are not suitable for someone the size of RTC, a group with the potential to become a success retailer in the international mass and luxury market.
