The building on the capital’s Three Crosses Square (Plac Trzech Krzyzy) was purchased earlier this year for about 50 million euro, and the company is currently waiting for planning permission to revamp the site.KSP confirmed that the project is intended to provide a home for “the most luxurious brands, including some which have yet to make their debut on the Polish market.”

Jan Kulczyk, Poland’s wealthiest man, launched his business career in 1988 as Poland’s sole dealer of Volkswagen and Audi cars. Besides his global investments in oil and gas, Kulczyk has recently expanded his interests to include green energy.
