From November 15, 2017 to March 15, 2018, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme winter chalet is back in its outdoor courtyard. For this new edition the prestigious luxury Parisian hotel has joined forces with luxury watchmaker IWC Schaffhausen to create a real winter experience.
Together they came up with a modern chalet created as a “window to Switzerland”. Coated in deep ash black (a Japanese coating technique) and sprinkled here and there with white and silver touches, the winter chalet hides a large raw wooden table that can accommodate up to twelve guests.
Every night, Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme executive chef Jean-François Rouquette will offer a Raclette Montagnarde [Mountain Raclette] with Saint Nicklaus cheese, baby potatoes as well as a charcuterie selection from the Alps. A Palace version is served with truffled for raclette amateurs.
