From May, 7th L’Abeille Restaurant will be open for lunch!
French gastronomic restaurant L’Abeille will be open for lunch on Thursday and Friday starting from May, 7th. A new way to discover the restaurant overlooking the typical French garden and a renewe chance to enjoy the 1 Michelin star cuisine of Executive Chef Christophe Moret.

La 8 Iéna, the terrace located in front of the hotel is now open
Executive Chef Christophe Moret has specially designed a menu that will satisfy small and large appetites: light salads, such as “Niçoise salad” and French and Asian dishes such as marinated / grilled beef, green vegetables and barbecue sauce.
The landscaped terrace, adorned with floral and greens, secluded from the city by wrought-iron gates, will quickly become the new place to be in Paris!
Shangri-La Hotel, Paris introduces Chef Samuel Lee Sum
Considered one of the most refined cuisines in the world, the cooking styles of the Canton and Huaiyang regions hold few secrets for Samuel Lee Sum. Aged 33, he spent six years as executive chef at top establishments in Tianjin and Kunshan.
Chef Lee Sum brings this ambition to Europe’s first Shang Palace, where,accompanied by Executive Chef Christophe Moret, he intends to bring further credit to this unique restaurant in the heart of Paris.
