Palazzo del Leone in Florence’s Piazza Signoria to become a luxury retail centre
Scheduled to open January 12th, during Pitti Uomo, the newly restored Palazzo del Leone in Florence’s Piazza Signoria is set to become a new symbol of luxury retail in Italy, hosting several showrooms of major international luxury brands. The new project at Palazzo del Leone, the renovation of which has been estimated at 5 million euros, is developed by Generali Immobiliare with advisory of Progenia and Fingen.
Palazzo del Leone is adjancent to the building which hosts the Gucci Museum inagurated earlier this year and is situated in Florence’s busiest square, Piazza de la Signoria. Chanel is among the luxury brands dubbed by Italian media to open at Palazzo del Leone.
