Only three CEOs of luxury fashion brands make it to Harvard’s Top 100

The Harvard Business Review recently released its list ranking the 100 best-performing CEOs worldwide, with criteria based on long-term performance, total shareholder performance and other metrics like sales, profitability, and innovation rates. Surprisingly, none of the CEO’s of the world’s largest luxury groups made it to the list (LVMH, Richemont or PPR). The three luxury brand CEOs which have made it to Harvard Business Review’s ranking are: Lew Frankfort, CEO of Coach, ranking at 21 on the list, Sidney Toledano of Christian Dior, at number 68 and Patrick Thomas, CEO of Hermès, at number 72.
