Melia launches new INNSIDE Melia hotel in Madrid

Spanish hospitality group Melia Hotels & Resorts launches new INNSIDE by Meliá Hotel in  Madrid – INNSIDE Suecia, former home of Ernest Hemingway with rooftop bar and pool.

The hotel, which has 120 rooms and seven suites, has undergone a full renovation.  It was built in the 50’s and was once Ernest Hemmingway’s home in the city.  INNSIDE Suecia is centrally located in the Cortes district next to the Circulo de Bellas Artes and close to the Calle Alcala, Gran Via and Plaza Cibeles. The hotel houses an expansive rooftop bar, The Balcony.  It is set over two floors with stunning views of the skyline and is set to be a new social hub in the capital.  There is also a rooftop pool, the perfect spot for making the most of time away from the board room.

Exceptional dining is a feature across INNSIDE by Meliá properties and Suecia will be no exception:  The Dado Deli is situated on the ground floor and will serve up a menu of healthy Mediterranean fare.  The Lounge Bar, meanwhile, will be ideal for snacking any time during the day.

The rooms are light, spacious and comfortable, being well-appointed with state-of-the-art technology.  Some of the suites also have terraces and the Loft City View Suite has panoramic views of Madrid. INNSIDE Suecia is equipped with multifunctional space for meetings and events, including a large terrace on the 11th floor with spectacular views, for large and sophisticated events.  The hotel also has a fully equipped gym and guest parking.
