Max Mara inaugurates mega flagship store in Beijing

Italian luxury womenswear house Max Mara inaugurated this week its new flagship store in Beijing on Avenue De Luxe: 800 sqm meters on four floors of Max Mara, featuring all labels as well as the Heritage Installation exhibition (designed by Migliore+Servetto) which traces the history of the company.

The store encompasses the entire universe Max Mara, enhanced through color (from shades of bright and lively on the first floor, with alternating white, black, purple and blue in the second, with softer shades of interventions in other environments), combinations metal, gold and amber. Several furnishings stand out: the tea table “Bell” by ClassiCon, the table “Venus” in black marble, designed in the seventies, the chairs “Three Pieces” made in limited edition by Albini for Cassina, and in the basement  - an “Italian garden” full-blown, the chair “Paulistano” by Paulo Mendes da Rocha Objekto and the table ” Tobi Ishi”  for B & B Italia.

A 50 piece limited edition ‘Signature’ mini-bag was also launched to mark the occasion of the opening.
