Loews Regency Hotel in New York opens January 2014

Following a $100 million renovation, the hotel now boasts a new restaurant, spa, and completely redesigned guestrooms (379 rooms, 58 suites). Loews Regency New York will also offer a new restaurant and dining concept, managed by New York restaurateurs Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli of Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group. Together with executive chef Dan Silverman, they will oversee a space that serves modern interpretations of classic New York dishes. Additionally, celebrity hairstylist Julien Farel will debut a 10,000-square-foot beauty flagship complete with salon, spa, and fitness center.
