Loewe launches capsule collection with Junya Watanabe Comme-des-Garcons
Spanish luxury house of Loewe, owned by LVMH, unveils the Loewe x Junya Watanabe Comme-des-Garcons capsule Fall-Winter 2013 Collection, a daring collection for Loewe’s more understated creative direction run by Stuart Vevers. The collection which was unveiled at the Spanish Embassy in Tokyo last night, is a patchwork of Spanish leather-craft and Japanese selvedge denim, quite literally. Including apparel and accessories, for both men and women, the collection reflects punkish ideals, visual representation of dystopia, and hints of playful nature. Exclusively available through only 40 stores worldwide, including Dover Street Market in London, pre-order for the limited release will start at the end of this month while an official launch date is set in September 2013.
