Le Bristol Paris, only Parisian Palace Hotel to be crowned with 4 Michelin stars

Le 114 Faubourg the brasserie de luxe of Le Bristol Paris Hotel has been honoured with its first star in the 2013 Michelin Guide, 4 years after the 3rd star won by the gastronomic restaurant Epicure. Le Bristol Paris has become the only Parisian Palace Hotel to be crowned with ’4 stars’.

This achievement can be attributed to the talents of Chef Eric Desbordes, who has surpassed himself every day, offering his clientele delicious family food since 2009 with the opening of the 114 Faubourg. This young and talented Chef crafts his cuisine with a passion to produce the very best like his renowned mentor Eric Frechon – Le Bristol’s Chef des Cuisines.  Along with pastry Chef Laurent Jeannin, they are an exceptional trio making the 114 Faubourg the place to be for those looking for a brasserie de luxe in France’s capital.

In order to establish itself as a creative and lively gourmet restaurant, 114 Faubourg hosts wine appreciation evenings on the first Monday of each month. The wine grower, selected by Marco Pelletier, Head Sommelier at Le Bristol, presents their wine in person over a four-course tasting menu specially created for these occasions.
