Kate Spade launches in India

Partnering with Reliance Brands Limited, Kate Spade will open its first standalone stores in India by the end of 2016. The long-term distribution and retail agreement furthers the brand’s expansion trajectory, helping it meet the unquenchable global demand for its high-end clothing and accessory items. With that move, Kate Spade & Company will tap into the ever-growing Indian luxury segment, which the Associated Chamber of Commerce of India estimates to cross over the $18 billion mark by the end of this year.
