Inside Shanghai’s upcoming 7 star hotel – Wanda Reign on the Bund

Wang Sicong, the son of China’s richest man Wang Jianlin, spent $516.7 million to build the Wanda Reign on the Bund Hotel which is furnished with the finest, the most opulent and stylish interiors and amenities. The building is designed by well-known British architect Norman Robert, and as any hotel of today “offers spectacular views”; of the Huangpu river and the Pudong skyline in this case.

The hotel features 193 luxurious rooms including 14 suites. There will be five F&B outlets, one of which is ‘Marc’ under Michelin star French Marc Meneau, another called ‘He’ which offers contemporary Japanese cuisine by Japanese chef Kaiseki Yoshiyuki, and to keep thing local – River Drunk which will offer Huaiyang cuisine infused with traditional Jiangnan-flavored dishes.

Other facilities include a grand ballroom, three meeting rooms and the “most-anticipated” Club Reign private luxury club for VIP members.
