HARRYS OF LONDON expands in the Middle East
British luxury shoemaker Harrys of London is expanding in the Middle East, opening this week its second store in Kuwait, at the new Al Hamra Tower, which is also home for top luxury brands such as Hermes, Montblanc, Yves Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta. Harrys of London opened its first store outside the UK in 2010 in Kuwait at the 360 Mall, which was followed by Abu Dhabi and Tokyo (Hankyu Men’s store). Next month (October) will see the opening of the first boutique of Harrys of London in Dubai at the Dubai Mall, on the shoes level.
In less than a decade, Harrys of London has established itself as highly respected luxury men’s shoes and accessories, with innovation and British heritage as part of its DNA. In 2007 a majority stake was acquired by the Atelier Fund, a division of Richemont Group, the world’s second largest luxury group.
