GUCCI Museum in Florence to open September 26

Italian luxury house GUCCI, which celebrates this year its 90th birthday will officially inaugurate its Museum in Florence, at Palazzo Mercantazzia, in Piazza della Signoria, in a space formerly occupied by its creative department (moved to Rome from 2008). The ceremony will be marked by a lavish event attended by celebrities such as Madonna and Jennifer Lopez.

The Gucci Museum will cover 1.700 sqm on three floors and will feature from the most iconic Gucci creations such as the Cadillac Seville designed by Gucci in 1979, the Gucci Cruiser bike created in 2008 with the occasion of the Beijing Olympics as well as exclusive photographs marking the history of the house.
