Further retail expansion and senior appointments at BELSTAFF

Following the acquisition by Austrian based Labelux Group, Belstaff is pursuing its strategic luxury repositioning based on its British heritage as well as its retail expansion plan, with both franchised and directly operated stores. After the openings in Milan (100 sqm Via Spiga) and New York (150 sqm at 814, Madison Avenue) earlier this Fall, Belstaff is preparing the opening of its largest store, in London, on New Bond Street. Covering 2.400 sqm, on 5 floors, the new location in London will also house the headquarters of the company.

Belstaff’s development plans include the enlargement of its existing production facility in Italy, where over 80% of its apparel and accessories are made. This month, Belstaff made several new appointments to its senior team, CEO Harry Slatkin and Fiorenzo Schincaglia, Head of Commercial for Middle East and Asia (ex Commercial Director at Giorgio Armani) and Jeff Lasota, Head of the American market.
