Four Seasons Hotels to expand in Brazil with first property in Sao Paulo

In partnership with Iron House Real Estate and Tamweelview European Holdings, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is planning its first property in Brazil.

Four Seasons Hotel São Paulo at Nações Unidas will unveil its hotel accommodations in 2017, with a series of private residences to follow. Global firm HKS Architects and locally based Aflalo e Gasperini Architects will oversee the hotel’s development.

Construction is already underway on the 29-story tower located within an 880,000-square-foot, mixed-used development in Parque da Cidade. The 254-room hotel portion—designed by San Francisco-based BAMO—will span 16 floors, while 84 residential units—designed by locally based Studio Arthur Casas—will comprise 13 floors.
