Four Seasons Hotels announce third London hotel and residences
Multinational investor and developer, Reignwood Group, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts have today announced plans to develop a luxury hotel and residential development at Ten Trinity Square in London.
Following a meticulous restoration by a team of experts commissioned by Reignwood, the former Port of London Authority building has been redeveloped as part of a vision to establish one of the most exclusive addresses in London. Set in a heritage property originally designed in 1922, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will host 98 guestrooms and suites, two gourmet restaurants and a spa. The site will also include 41 private residences – Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons – as well as a private member’s club.
Each private residence will consist of an imposing entrance lobby, between one and five bedrooms, as well as sumptuous living areas. Guests and residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Thames and the Square Mile’s most prominent landmarks. The private members’ club at Ten Trinity Square, located in the original wood-panelled executive offices of the building, will offer members stylish and exclusive meeting rooms, a business centre, screening room, cigar lounge and access to the exclusive Château Latour room.
