SOLMAR have found a buyer for VICTORIA 46 which announces development plans

Solmar Group, which is owned by an Israeli businessman, seems to have found a buyer for the largest luxury fashion multi-brand store, VICTORIA 46, on Calea Victoriei. VICTORIA 46 distributes CHRISTIAN DIOR, CHLOE, YVES SAINT LAURENT, BALDESSARINI without having exclusivity.
Two months ago, market sources have informed that Solmar has evaluated Victoria 46 to 1 millions euros and is looking for a buyer. Solmar owns in Romania franchises for MANGO, CASTRO, PROMOD, having more thatn 50 stores across the country.
However, it seems that the new owners choose to avoid transparency and prefer that in the media communication it is mentioned that VICTORIA 46 is now operated by a new company, HIGH FASHION CONCEPT, which is said to be a new division of Solmar.
The new owners announced yesterday the opening of two new multi-brand stores in BANEASA MALL , one of 120 sqm boasting DSQUARED, MARC BY MARC JACOBS, LOVE MOSCHINO, JUICY COUTURE and another of 50 sqm dedicated to kids attire.
