Following the dynamics of Miami's vibrant social and cultural scene, French luxury house HERMES makes a bold move to relocate its flagship in the hip Design District. The move will provide customers with double the space of the current Bal Harbour store, reaching a total of 20.000 sqf. Robert Chavez, President and CEO of HERMES U.S.A. said the new flagship will include a larger space dedicated to men's collections and shoes. Fine jewellery, watches and home collections, including furniture, will also be included in the new Miami flagship. Chavez is confident that the bold development plans of Craig Robins, Design District's major landlord, will attract major other luxury brands, the area becoming a new hot spot of the city.   adapted from WWD
