The first luxury real-estate listings have become available on the cpp website.
CPP anticipates our clients’ needs by launching a specialized luxury real-estate database. We are also targeting those who are already doing business in the luxury industry but are on the lookout for the right location.
The real-estate part is very important for any business plan in the luxury industry. In an European capital city like Bucharest, this comes as a real challenge, especially when having a relatively low number of properties suited for luxury locations, but also because there are no commercial areas dedicated to luxry. Because of this, more and more luxury brands are accepting residential types of properties, that later on can be converted to commercial spaces.
