Armani Hotel in Dubai opens in December this year

Dubai leading real estate developer EMAAR, also co-owner of ARMANI HOTELS announced the opening in December this year of theBURJ DUBAI Tower, which becomes the tallest building in the world with the height of 818 m and 160 floors. The Tower includes the first ARMANI HOTEL, with 140 rooms as well as an 140 ARMANI CASA apartments. Initially, the ARMANI HOTEL Dubai was supposed to open end of 2008.
The next ARMANI HOTEL is currently in construction in Milan and is due to open 2011. It is on top of the flagship ARMANI store in Milan.
In the recently published Annual Report 2008, Mr Armani admitted the first months of 2009 have been difficult and the forecast for the rest of the year will see further profit reductions. He also added the company continues to focus on production efficiency and retail investment.
