Diane von Furstenberg is opening the brand’s first location in Pennsylvania at the King of Prussia Mall in neighboring Montgomery County. The store, which opens its doors on July 29, is located at the entrance of King of Prussia’s new connector expansion .
“To help women to be the women they want to be is what we are about,” said Diane von Furstenberg. “We celebrate freedom, empower women and sell confidence. Our stores are an extension of that goal, and we are excited to create a beautiful experience in our new space at King of Prussia Mall.”
“As a brand, our mission is to put the woman at the center of everything we do,” said Paolo Riva, CEO of DVF. “This new store brings a new DVF experience to a vibrant community, at a time of growth and change in the mall, and for our brand.”
The 1,600 square foot store is inspired by the brand’s core equities, with an interior that evokes a sophistication and modern femininity. The space draws on the way Diane layers and displays items in her own world. It has been designed to create an intimate and individualized experience where store associates can curate a personal assortment for each DVF woman. In addition to displaying the new collections, the space plans to host curated discussions with women from the businesses and universities in the area to further the brand’s mission of empowering every woman to feel and look her best.
