Cruciani to open 87 new stores in China
Italian accessories company Cruciani, controlled by the Caprai family, has announced a major retail expansion in China through a joint venture with Hong Kong based D-Mop. Cruciani will own 30% of the joint venture while D-Mop will control 70%. Through the new joint venture an investment of 67 million euros will be made, estimating a turnover of 246 million euros. Cruciani will open 87 C Cruciani and Cruciani mono-brand stores in China within the next 5 years.
