Courrèges embarks on major expansion strategy
After having inaugurated a new production facility and launched a capsule collection with Estee Lauder, French iconic fashion house Courrèges launches its fragrance in the second half 2014. The fragrance is now distributed 1200 sales points. Courrèges also plans to expand its retail network, currently at 150 door, including with directly operated stores, a new ephemeral store is planned in Paris in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, on rue de Sèvres this April. As for international expansion, Courrèges focuses on the US, Japan and Western Europe. The brand will also host a presentation of its seasonal collection during Paris Fashion Week.
