Construction begins on the second Four Seasons Hotel in New York, Four Seasons Downtown

Silverstein Properties has broken ground on the second Four Seasons Hotel in New York, located at 30 Park Place in Tribeca.

 New York-based Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the project’s design architect, will lead designs of the private residence floor plans and interiors, while New York-based Yabu Pushelberg will design the interiors of the future Four Seasons Hotel New York, Downtown which will be housed within an 82-story building, which will also include a luxury residential unit. The second Four Seasons Hotel in New York is slated for opening 2016.
