Chanel opens new ephemeral store in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands

This June, the CHANEL fashion boutique at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore will be closing its doors for a short break in preparation for a bigger and grander re-opening in November. That doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to get your fix of the high-fashion label, as they will be opening its first standalone ephemeral boutique in Singapore at The Shoppes, Marina Bay Sands. The pop-up boutique will be open from 16 June till the end of the October.

In true CHANEL fashion, the ephemeral boutique will not just be a mere pop-up store — expect to witness the Paris Cosmopolite 2016/17 Métiers d’art collection over 3000 square feet of space, with inspiration drawn from the legendary Ritz Paris itself. The five-star hotel on Place Vendôme was cherished by both the house and its founder Gabrielle Chanel, the exact location in which Karl Lagerfeld chose to debut the collection and considers to be “the cosmopolitan spot par excellence”.
