Prototypes, adornment exceptional, special orders will be made here. Of course, all our collections will not come out of 18, Place Vendome. We continue to work with the best subcontractors in Paris, “added Mr. Mougenot.
The early days of Chanel fine jewelry in a collection date back to 1932 and each piece used to be individually designed by Gabrielle Chanel. Designer Lorenz Bäumer has designed for Chanel collections of jewelry and fine jewelry from 1993 to 2007 before being recruited by Louis Vuitton, where he launched his first collection in 2009. Chanel has since then built a studio in Place Vendome.
Chanel will show its latest collection of fine jewellery made up of 80 exceptional pieces next Monday, in a planetarium at the Musée du Quai-Branly.
