CARTIER launches first campaign on Facebook

French luxury jeweller Cartier, owned by Richemont Group, launches next week, its first online campaign on Facebook. Cartier will feature on Facebook its ”Painted Love” campaign for its Love jewellery line. It will mark the first time the jewellery brand has marketed on Facebook, where it boasts over 280.000 fans.

The first of three parts, the short movie features a painter in New York, in search of his creative vision of a women, who ultimately loses touch with reality. He can’t get his vision right, so he goes out in the world and his life becomes a fantasy which he had created in his paintings. In 2007, Cartier launched its first online campaign by Olivier Dahan, entitled ”How far would you go for love”
