CPP Luxury Industry Management Consultants Ltd announces the winners of the 2010 BUSINESS OF LUXURY AWARDS, a comprehensive research conducted between December 2010 – January 2011 among 500 respondents of which half local and half international for each country. The local segment includes: consumers and business media. The international segment includes: executives of major international luxury brands. CPP is a leading luxury industry consultancy set up in 2004 and covering Central & Eastern Europe, North Africa and Middle East.
The awards apply to fashion, accessories, jewellery and watches mono brand stores (franchised or directly operated) and the main criteria included: customer service level, store concept / layout, size ration versus potential of market, accurate representation of brand (selection of products, merchandising) and financial performance in 2010. Countries missing either one of the two segments, does not have a representative store / brand.
