London’s first luxury foot clinic by Margaret Dabbs was launched earlier this year, while a complete hairdresser salon will be introduced later this summer. The existing mesotherapy facial treatments will be complemented by body treatments, which will be introduced in the coming months. Men’s grooming will also be enhanced – besides the accessories provided by specialist Edwin Jagger, a new grooming line will be launched soon.
As on my previous visit, service at the Spa was flawless – warm, friendly, ntuitive, and most importantly consistent – whether it is during a busy time or a very early morning. Not only do they know hotel guests by name but they also pay attention to every single detail regarding their preference. The entire team is clearly very well trained and extremely well synchronized. My only suggestion, which I gladly learned, had already been taken into consideration – is to introduce, in the near future an organic beauty line, as an alternative to the existing brand.
