BOTTEGA VENETA report oustanding 38% sales growth in Q1 of 2011
Sales at Italian luxury house BOTTEGA VENETA registered a staggering 38% growth in the first quarter of this year, compared to 27% growth for the same period last year, reaching a record turnover of 510,6 million euros. Bottega’s winning four principles, highest quality materials, hand craftsmanship, timeless design and functionality have once again proven that a top international luxury brand can be successfull without flagshing its logo on its products to get recognition. Bottega Veneta’s success is mostly attributed to creative director Tomas Maier, who is in charge with design, product development as well as creative for advertising.
Bottega Veneta produces in-house its leatherwear and ready to wear and it is licensing its other lines to key manufacturers: German based KPM for porcelaine, Italian POLTRONA FRAU for interior design and Victor Mayer for jewellery.
